AI character chat for mobile

Speak2Pets lets users chat with animal characters through a mobile interface. The app included 50+ prebuilt characters and a custom character ecosystem so users could create or interact with different pet personalities.

Stack

Dart, Flutter, OpenAI API

The app was written as a fully custom Dart/Flutter application. The language-model behavior ran through a custom OpenAI API harness rather than a no-code wrapper.

The implementation was written manually without AI-generated code.

Outcome

Users and revenue

Users: roughly 300.
Revenue: $43 in real revenue.
Release: published to mobile app stores.
Next proof to add: App Store/Play Store links or screenshots if the listings are still public.
